As you probably know from my yammering on Facebook, I have a new cookbook coming out in January. And, you have probably guessed that I am really proud of it. I am! I am so excited about it, but what I have been absolutely dying to do since the minute that I knew that it was being published is show you what’s in store. You see, when I started developing the recipes for this book, I had the foresight to photograph all of them in the development stages. And so, I have been sitting on all of these recipes for over a year, just waiting and waiting until the day that I could pull them out and show you.
